PAI Interpretive Report for Correctional Settings

Administer the PAI-CS using the PAI-CS scannable answer sheet. Scan the answer sheet (requires compatible “pencil-read” optical scanner) and the PAI-CS software will generate the report.

The scannable answer sheet is HIPAA-compliant; an alternate version provides space for the client’s name.
