The ASEBA older adult forms help you assess behavior in adults ages 60-90 years and older. To measure changes in functioning, the forms can be completed at specified intervals; the results can then be compared to determine whether functioning is stable, improving, or worsening.
- The OASR is a self-administered instrument that examines diverse aspects of adaptive functioning and problems. Scales are based on 1,048 referred older adults and are normed on 1,397 nonreferred older adults.
- The OABCL is a parallel form used to obtain information about the individual being assessed from others who know that individual well. Scales are based on 741 referred older adults and are normed on 822 nonreferred older adults.
